Coaching sessions provide focussed time and space for you and your partner to work together on your relationship.
Whether you’ve been together a year or a decade, coaching can help you to make intentional choices about how you grow together.
Some possible topics for coaching include:
Setting big life goals
Navigating changes like pregnancy or parenting
Communicating effectively
Negotiating shared responsibilities
What to expect
You will have a private, focussed hour-long conversation with your partner, facilitated by your coach. Your coach will ask you both questions that help you to gain clarity, develop insights and come to shared understanding of each other’s perspectives.
Coaching is a judgement free process, that is future focussed. It is often therapeutic, but it is not therapy.
Coaching sessions are available as stand-alone sessions, or as packages that allow for several conversations with breaks in between. This can be helpful if you have a meaty topic to discuss that may take longer than an hour, or if you’d like a more regular check-in for your relationship.
