Long weekends of luxury, for fun and support.
Women’s Retreat
Our women’s retreat is the ultimate girls’ weekend - combining fun, practical learning workshops with luxury accommodation, delicious food, and winery experiences.
Women understand the value of high quality relationships. We know that whether you need to vent, let your hair down, or shit has truly hit the fan, it’s your closest relationships that will get you through. Our retreats are designed to help you build that connection even more deeply, while also learning how to support each other to have stronger relationships with men and children.
Our retreats help you build the skills and the connections that will support you through life’s hairiest challenges - weddings, pregnancy, children, career shifts, divorce, perimenopause, retirement, whatever.
It’s also a hell of a lot of fun. Consider:
A hen’s party that leaves you with a true support crew, not just a hangover
A babymoon with your sister, mum, aunt or mother in law that sets you up with the village you need to get you through the birth and newborn trenches.
A girl’s weekend with your besties that helps you navigate the brain fog, hot flushes and rage of perimenopause.
Spend a long weekend with us in stunning locations in the Yarra Valley. We’ll supply the private chef, arrange winery tours and deliver connection workshops based on the science of positive psychology. You’ll harness the power of female connection to improve all your relationships (not just the ones with the girls).
Let us take care of everything, so you can focus on each other.
Thursday
Arrive & relax
Check in to our luxury retreat from 5pm onwards. We’ll have chef prepared dinners available for those who are coming straight from work.
From 7pm, meet in one of our lovely shared spaces for a relaxing drink with your facilitators and the other guests.
Friday morning
Workshop
Enjoy a delicious breakfast prepared by our in-house chef, and then join our facilitators for your first workshop. You’ll spend the morning identifying the biggest strengths in your relationship and nurturing your fondness and appreciation for each other.
Our facilitators will take you through a series of enjoyable exercises that have been proven to help people feel deeply connected, respected and close. You will then learn how you can take these exercises home to connect more deeply with your partner.
Friday afternoon
Workshop
After our in-house chef has served you lunch, you’ll work together to build a plan for each of you to deepen your knowledge and understanding of your partners, or if you are single, to plan how you will develop a deep knowledge and understanding of partners in the future.
Together you’ll then plan a girls’ night out for Saturday night, deciding which of the wonderful venues in the Yarra Valley you’d like to visit. We’ll help you sort out the logistics, including bookings and transport to make it happen.
Saturday morning
Workshop
Following breakfast with our chef, we’ll get into some activities about how to let your partner influence you, and how to repair and come together after a disagreement. We’ll support you to improve your collaboration skills with each other, and give you tips on how to take those skills back to your intimate relationships.
Saturday afternoon
Wine tasting & Date night
We’ll take you to a local award winning winery where you’ll be treated to lunch and a special wine tasting experience. We’ll provide transport for the afternoon, and for your girls night out, so you can just relax.
Sunday morning
Workshop
Following another lovely breakfast crafted by our chef, you’ll join our facilitators again to learn proven techniques for solving recurring problems in your intimate relationship. Whether you argue about the housework, in-laws, life decisions, or what to eat for dinner, all relationships have some areas where it’s hard to see eye-to-eye - and your close friends will know what they are. We’ll support you to learn how to approach your partner to solve problems, to understand what these disagreements are really about, and how to support each other to implement those skills.
Sunday afternoon
Workshop
After our chef feeds your bellies, you’ll spend your final session planning for how you’ll take your new skills, and deeper connection back into your home and normal life. Together you’ll plan some rituals of connection (with each other, and to implement with your partner) that fit with your lives, and help you look forward to making time for each other. We wrap up at 3pm, so you’ve got plenty of time to make your way back home.
